This machine can be employed to avoid the manual winding phase of the wire on coils that is necessary to feed in continuous the automatic machines for chain. The wire can be also winded directly from the drawing machine.

On the machine there is assembled one uncoiler for skein in plastic material and one sensor that tests eventual lockings during the unwinding work of the same skein.
The base is mounted on lockable rollers to move easily the machine.
The transparent casing protect the parts in motion.
The following adjustments are possible:
-    Speed rotation of coil.
-    Maximum torque of the wire tension.
-    Bobineur pitch from 0 to 8 mm/ revolution.
Optional:
-    Inductive sensor for breaking of the wire.
-    Pre-setting counter revolutions on the coil complete with display.
-    The machine can wind on coils max diameter 200 mm and max width 140 mm.
